Spin Pilates Mat Level II

This course is the next step for instructors who wish to enhance their practical teaching skills and enrich their understanding of Pilates. Mat Level 2 teaches students to design exercise programs for special client populations and individuals with unique postural types or medical conditions. Upon completion, participating instructors will have a deeper understanding of exercise modifications and leave with detailed prescriptions for personal training sessions and group classes. Integration of props will also be introduced.

Pre-requisites: Mat Level I
