Wow! As we roll into the very busy month of May our
schedules seem to get tighter and tighter. I have talked with many of you about the challenges we all face in keeping up with our fitness regime. In our studio, we know what works-----committing to a schedule.
I am so proud of the large number of you who continue to put your health and fitness at the top of your priority list by staying true to your schedule and coming to your Pilates class every week. With your commitment comes consistency, which in turn creates results. Whether your juggling family, career, or both we salute each of you who are using intelligent exercise to train your mind, body and soul.
