Class Schedule

Our classes are scheduled by our full time staff, which we affectionately call "Client Specialist".  

When you call our studio to schedule a class, you will speak to a real person. Our Client Specialists are available to assist you: 

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 7:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 12:00 pm.

This schedule reflects the group classes that are currently in our studio. This does not reflect our Private Class schedule. All classes are subject to availability and have a maximum of 5 clients.  Please call our studio to see which classes have current openings.

 

If you do not see a time that will work for you, please call the studio.  We form new classes regularly which may not be currently updated on the website.
